Dear Friends and Supporters of Sinha family:
Namaste. I would like to update you on two hearings that are coming up this and the next week.

On Friday, June 10, 2011, there will be a hearing at 9:00 A.M. to decide whether

 Julian Daley

Julian Daley’s previously posted bail of $600,000 should be forfeited, should b e allowed to be used as part of the new one million dollar bail or should there be all new funds for the one million dollar bill. While all these is happening, Julian is behind bars since early April. We are not sure what were the results of his competency test that the Judge Bradley Ferencz had ordered.

Dr. Divyendu Sinha          He would have turned 50 on May 31.
Second hearing is on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. This is related to Miranda rights of the accused
 Steven Contreras
Steven Contreras,   who was the driver of the getaway car.
Thereafter, there will be no more hearing till Thursday, July 28, 2011.  We request that those of you who could spare time, attend one or both hearings. This shows moral support and also gives a message to the authorities that the community takes such attacks seriously and expects full justice.

I find Ferren Deck on Church Street most convenient, as you can access the court house by following signs (third floor) from the parking deck itself.

For GPS and Mapquest directions to Ferren Deck, use

180 Church Street

New Brunswick, NJ 08901

On street parking with meters is available but very difficult to find. For free on street parking, one has to walk several blocks; it is generally available on side streets off Livingston Ave., west of Suydam street (15-20 minutes walk).

If you care coming by train (NJtransit), it is only five minute walk from the New Brunswick station.

 Thank you.
Brotherly yours,
